Rooted in New England. Built on Experience.
42 North Construction brings generations of building experience to residential projects throughout Rhode Island and the surrounding region.
Led by Shawn Favreau, the company takes a hands-on approach to construction management, working closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to navigate the details and challenges of each project.
Our work reflects an appreciation for New England’s architectural heritage, combined with the expertise required to build and renovate homes for contemporary living.
“My team collaborated with Shawn for almost 2 years on a complete renovation of an historic Beacon Hill brownstone. To say that he is an exemplary contractor and collaborator would be an understatement. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, skillful, resourceful, respectful and a great team player. Shawn promises and delivers. He just gets it done. Period.”
